October Rain Storm

A storm with strong winds and heavy rain caused flooding and power outs all over Israel.  Over 30 mm of rain fell in Park Timna creating rivers of mud and silt washing down from the mountains.  The park’s access roads were damaged and the entire area was cut off from Eilat for many hours.
